WHO WE ARE

Z & A Waste Management was established in 2004 in Abu Dhabi by Mr. Ali Omar Zaid whose passion for environmental sustainability has driven Z&A to become a leading provider of Integrated Environmental Solutions across UAE. 

We provide integrated waste management and recycling solutions across all Emirates in UAE. Our approach is focused on providing the most sustainable solutions to management waste across all sectors of the economy from residential and commercial to municipal and industrial sectors. 

We are a Technology driven organization with a vision to transform the industry by introducing leading edge technological solutions to optimize traditional waste management approaches and create more value for our customers in the process.  We are licensed to manage all waste streams including, General waste, recyclable waste, construction waste, liquid non-hazardous and hazardous waste, etc.

We do not only collect waste, we work closely with our customers in an advisory capacity to proffer the most sustainable solutions to their waste problems. We offer stewardship in environmental remediation services to help our customers minimize and repair the environmental impacts of their operational activities. 

ISO 9001 – 14001

ISO 9001 is the standard for systems pertaining to quality management, covering all key processes, management and procedural compliance within the business framework. Implementation creates a more efficient and effective operation resulting in increased customer satisfaction and enhanced benefits for all stakeholders. ISO 14001 helps reduce waste and lowers carbon footprint.  It also assists in reducing energy and insurance bills and lowers environmental liability.

Z&A has developed and implemented a Quality Control System to improve and satisfy the needs of its customers, and to increase the working efficiency of the company. The requirements of the system are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by consistently providing high quality work and meeting or exceeding customer’s satisfaction. The quality system shall comply with ISO quality standard.
